How far in advance do I need to book?
For airport transfers I recommend one day ahead — then your slot is firmly fixed. Short notice almost always works too: just call, I'm reachable around the clock.
Do you also drive at night or very early?
Yes, 24/7. Early flights out of Munich at 6 a.m. or rides home after midnight are everyday business — for night rides, a short pre-booking guarantees I'm at your door.
Is the fixed price really fixed?
Yes. The price I confirm in advance stands — traffic jam on the A93 or a detour makes no difference. No surcharges, no surprise at the destination.
How can I pay?
Cash or card, right in the car. Companies can get an invoice on request.
Is there a child seat?
Yes, free on request. Just mention your child's age or height when booking and the right seat is installed before you get in.
Do skis, snowboards and luggage fit?
Yes — the V-Class easily takes skis, snowboards, suitcases and pushchairs. Just let me know what's coming along when you book.
What if my flight is delayed?
I track your flight number and adjust the pick-up automatically. At the airport, 45 minutes of waiting time after landing are included in the fixed price.
Do you drive to Germany?
Yes, regularly — Kiefersfelden, Oberaudorf and of course Munich Airport. Cross-border rides are no problem.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before departure. After that, just call — we almost always find a solution.
Can I book the return trip right away?
Absolutely — most people do. Outbound and return, one fixed price, the same driver. You get out at your destination already knowing who'll pick you up.
